Before you chase the wound bed… check the oxygen. 🦶🩸

TcPO₂ is one of the quickest reality-checks for healing potential:

✅ Target: TcPO₂ > 30 mm Hg for predictable healing

⚠️ < 30 mm Hg → biologic processes slow (collagen synthesis, fibroblast activity, host defense)

⛔ ~13 mm Hg or lower → closure is unlikely unless you restore perfusion (often revascularization) and/or use adjunct oxygen approaches

Limb preservation starts with physiology, not products.
